Return & Refund Information

We hope you enjoy your new floor but if you have any spare items or you changed you mind about your order please use our simple online returns process to complete the return request quickly and effectively. You can return items to us for 30 days after you receive them.

Return Process

We offer a simple online returns process to get your return process as fast and efficiently as possible. If a return hasn't be requested online unfortunately we can't accept the return. Please follow the process and request a return link below.

Online Request

We will only accept returns which have been authorised online. You can do this through your online account here account returns. You can also get help from our online chat.

Print Label

Once requested you will be notified if the return request is accepted and you will receive a returns label with the appropriate address. You will need to organise the transport of the items back to the address on the address label.

Receipt

On arrival we will check the returns label has authorisation and perform an initial inspection to ensure the goods are not damaged. If accepted into the warehouse we will then perform a thorough inspection to ensure each item is in an unused and resellable condition within its original packaging.

14 day Refund

Following inspection the accepted items will be refunded onto the original payment method for the order within 14 working days of receiving the return and you will receive email notification confirming he return and refund.

Return & Refund FAQ's

All returns need to be requested online to ensure the return is authorised and you have been provided the correct returns label and address. Goods which arrive at any of our premises will be refused without the correct returns label and address.

The returned items will be inspected on arrival for any damage. Damaged items will be refused and only items in sound condition will be accepted.
