We pride ourselves in delivering bulky items for you, it can be a real challenge for the inexperienced person, not to mention costly and stressful. We take all the pain away from trying to squeeze half a tonne of flooring into the back of your family car saving you scuffs, marks and back ache! Delivery FAQ's
Express and Named Day and services are kerbside only which means the order will be delivered to the closest point of entry to your property where it meets the road - earning the name 'kerbside'. Deliveries will be done using a large vehicle and the order will be delivered on a pallet via the tail lift of the vehicle.
For insurance purposes unfortunately the drivers cannot take items into your home.
Ensure someone of able body is available to receive the order as they will need to take it into the home themselves.
Please Note: We can only deliver to mainland UK.
Will I get notified?
Yes! you will get an email notification from us when your order is dispatched and then further notification from the carrier to confirm they have your order.
Can I get a delivery time?
All deliveries take place between 8am-6pm on the chosen day, presently we cannot offer in day delivery times.
Will they take it into my home?
Due to insurance reasons the drivers are not able to take your order into your home and it will be delivered as most bulk items would be which is a kerbside delivery. Please ensure someone able bodied is there to receive your order and safely move it into your property.
What should I do if my delivery doesn't arrive?
If your order doesn't arrive by 6pm please contact us ASAP. The fastest way to do this is using our chat function as we will capture the information required, including your order number, and respond in the fastest way.
What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?
If you have a missing or damaged item firstly, and very importantly make sure you note this down on the proof of delivery record when you are asked to sign for the order. Then please contact us ASAP. The fastest way to do this is using our chat function as we will capture the information required, including which items are affected and your order number as well as photo's if relevant and respond to you in the fastest way.
